Conservative London Mayoral hopeful Paul Scully says he will turn off the ULEZ cameras if he gets into office next year.

The MP for Sutton admits the scheme does work in inner London though.

Current Mayor Sadiq Khan is expanding the £12.50 daily charge for the most polluting vehicles to the whole of London in August. 

Mr Scully’s plan to improve air quality revolves around renovating transport links.
