One of Kingston's "most complained about traders" has been put out of business

A rogue used car dealership in New Malden has been put out of business.

Kings Motors sold mis-described vehicles, faked details of their history and mileage and issued incorrect invoices. 

The company also imposed unfair terms and conditions on customers, including refusing their right to a refund. 

The business was one of Kingston and Sutton Trading Standards’ most complained about traders. 

Former director, Omer Adil Dohi Al-Samaraai, was sentenced to a 170 hour community order and fined £850. 

He was also ordered to pay full compensation to victims amounting £8,500 after pleading guilty.
