Church Street in Twickenham is to become Richmond’s first so-called “Space to Shop” scheme

Pedestrianisation of the road from June the 22nd will allow shoppers to social distance at 2 metres apart.

The restrictions of vehicle movements will also apply every day, between 10am and Midnight.

The street is home to a number of independents shops including Eel Pie Records and The Rocc.
