Fire crews have now mostly left Thursley Common, after a forest fire there

It destroyed 190 hectares of woodland.

Some firefighters will continue with patrols to ensure no small fires re-ignite.

The blaze started on Saturday afternoon and 40 firefighters were needed on rotation to tackle it at its height.
