Judges at the Court of Appeal have criticised High Court hearing, where a man was accused of being a ticket tout by Wimbledon officials.

Luke McKay initially struggled to find legal assistance, and challenged orders made late last year.

Lord Justice Henderson said Mr McKay wasn’t informed of his right to silence, or privilege against self-incrimination.

He also said there were “leading questions”.

However, he ruled the issues were not enough to allow him to appeal.
