Plans to redevelop a 1930s housing estate on the edge of Epsom Common will be debated next month.

Plans to redevelop a 1930s housing estate on the edge of Epsom Common will be debated next month.

If approved the plans would mean 23 new homes being built on the Wells Estate, with 40 per cent classed as affordable housing.

There would also be a children’s play area and a community hall managed by residents.

The decision, to be taken on July 9th, will be the culmination of five years of public consultation between the residents and Epsom and Ewell Council.
