The Council closed its offices in March, taking all of its operations online.
The Borough’s Emergency committee set up in the wake of the pandemic is one of the groups meeting virtually.
Members say they will continue to do so until it ends.
The Council says it is also focusing its efforts on the various recovery phases while preparing for a possible second wave.
