The destination of a new state of the art hospital for Surrey will be decided this week by the county’s health leaders.

They meet online on Friday.

They’ll decide whether to locate the new specialist emergency care facility on the Epsom, St Helier or Sutton hospital sites.

Their preferred location is Sutton, next to The Royal Marsden.

A public consultation on the matter ran from January to April.
