The executive director of a community group supporting the expansion of Heathrow Airport has said up to 25,000 local people working there are facing redundancy.

Parmjit Dhanda from Back Heathrow is warning Boris Johnson that Government imposed quarantines for UK arrivals could cause a jobs meltdown for local people.

Mr Dhanda is calling on the Prime Minister and Priti Patel to scrap the quarantines and take a targeted approach instead.
