The Taxi Charity for Military Veterans, based in Fulham, has been driving them to the coast for over 70 years, to enjoy sea air and fish and chips.
Chairman Ian Parsons says it “holds so many fabulous memories” and “we are all so disappointed”.
However, they intend to resume their trips to the coast and abroad next year.
