The Mayor of London is planning to move City Hall to the docks, in an effort to save £11m a year.

A technicality of the lease on the current building means next December will be the only chance the GLA has to leave early.

The agreement would run until 2026 otherwise.

They’re consulting on the plans for six weeks.
