The victims were playing badminton at The Warren Rec when they were approached by two suspects.
The men began verbally abusing them before punching one of the victims in the head and running off with his headphones.
The headphones were later returned after a member of the public intervened.
Details of the attack on the evening of May the 27th have only just been released.
