A distressing video has emerged of a deer with plastic tubing wrapped round its antlers in Richmond Park

Royal Parks, which manages eight sites across London, says over 250 tonnes of rubbish was collected from their parks last month alone.

That’s the equivalent of the weight of 74 elephants or 20 London buses.

A new social media campaign #BeKindToYourParks has been launched to encourage visitors to clean up after themselves.
