A licenced taxi driver has been reported after police found they only had a provisional driving licence.

The driver was waiting at Heathrow to pick up a friend.

The vehicle was picked up the by the hire company.

A further 28 taxis were checked, and three were dealt with for issues such as no badge being displayed.
