Kingston Council has announced its education provider for a new school for youngsters on the Autism spectrum.

“Ambitious about Autism Schools Trust” was selected after a rigorous selection process.

The Trust currently runs The Rise School in Hounslow.

The new school, which will accommodate 90 pupils aged 4-19, should open in Chessington in 2022 or 2023.
