Rugby fans looking to get a seat at Twickenham may not have a chance, due to a reported change in ticketing rules

The Guardian writes that the Rugby Football Union will be offering the first 28,000 tickets to corporate contracts, and more to affiliates.

The RFU is facing loses of over £100m if the Autumn Internationals aren’t allowed to take place.

They believe that if social distancing is at 1m, they’ll be able to fit between 35,000 to 40,000 in the stands.

Crowds of more than 50,000 would need to be allowed before a “more appropriate” scheme would be brought in.
