The man known as the 'Skipping Sikh' has been honoured by the Prime Minister for raising thousands of pounds for NHS charities during lock-down.


73 year old Rajinder from Harlington, became a social media star after recording videos of himself skipping to stay healthy at his allotment.

The aim was to help people in the community to stay active.

He's raised over £13,500 and a commendation from the Prime Minister.
