Twin brothers born in London who were taken into state care by Ealing Council could be deported to two different Caribbean countries they’ve never visited
24-year-olds Darrell and Darren Roberts said they had received deportation notices for when they’re released from prison for grievous bodily harm.
Darrell has been informed the Home Office plans to send him to the Dominican Republic, despite his father being born on the island of Dominica.
While his brother Darren has been warned he’s being sent to Grenada, the country where his mother was born.
Family members have launched a petition to gather support for the twins, who they say should be able to remain in the UK indefinitely.
