It’s as part of Richmond Council’s preparation for the redevelopment of Twickenham Riverside.
Exploratory works need to be carried out on the former pool site before a planning application is submitted early next year.
The exploratory work will not damage the site, however it will be noisy and there will be a risk of airborne debris.
