Over £27m worth of PPE has been donated to the UK from foreign governments, businesses and members of the public.

This relates to 53 million items of equipment between mid-April and the end of June.

In turn, UK businesses and members of the public received just over 32 million items.

Kingston MP Sir Ed Davey asked the government to reveal the amount received in donations.
