Premier League clubs are expected to decide today, whether they'll be able to make five substitutions in the upcoming season

The number of changes allowed was increased from three during the back-end of the last campaign because of the heavy fixture schedule caused by the coronavirus shutdown.

Chelsea is one of the clubs pushing for the rule according to The Times, while Aston Villa and Burnley are fighting against it.

A return of fans to stadiums will also be discussed at the AGM later.
