Former Chelsea and Celtic defender Paul Elliott believes there is an appetite for change at the Football Association.

He's working with the FA as their Inclusion Advisory Board chairman, with the aim of ensuring greater diversity at the organisation.

Elliott tells Sky Sports News, the message is being driven home right from the very top.
