It looks like St Helier and Carshalton are two of a number of London postcodes where homebuyers could make 50% savings.
That’s according to research carried out by London property agents Benham and Reeves.
The team says the current stamp duty holiday is advantageous for properties in lower price ranges.
But it comes with a warning that before investing in a property project, projected costs should be thoroughly evaluated.
