They’ll be holding placards criticising the introduction of
a Low Traffic Neighbourhood around Browning Avenue.
The scheme aims to support walking and cycling and stop
motorists taking shortcuts across town, through residential streets.
Sebastian, who lives in the area, says that isn’t what he’s seeing though.
