There are concerns removing Portugal from the UK's safe-travel list could cause "chaos" for holidaymakers


The boss of Heathrow-based British Airways' parent company, IAG, says the government risks "destroying the economy" by reimposing restrictions.

The number of infections in the country has passed 20 per 100,000 - the threshold for a change in quarantine rules.

Dr Hans Kluge, from the World Health Organisation, says ministers need to react to this rise.
