A deer has died after being attacked by a dog in Richmond Park

Cyclists tried to chase the dog away, but the deer had to be put down.

A 44-year-old man from Kingston has been charged.

He'll appear in court in January.

People are being reminded to keep their dogs on a lead in the park.
