A majority of people in Kingston believe the council takes action without consulting them

That’s according to the council’s residents survey, which also says only a third of residents believe the council acts on their concerns.

The Tory opposition group have put forward a motion to be debated this evening.

They’re calling for the authority to conduct a review of the capabilities and resources of all committees and operations.
