The Lib Dem MP for Twickenham is demanding the Prime Minister sorts a “technical glitch” in the Test and Trace system

The glitch is thought to be causing an inflated number of Covid-19 cases registered in Richmond.

Many university students testing positive are having their testing data registered at their home address rather than their university address.

About about a quarter of new cases in Richmond are though to be down to the issue.
