A review of hospital food, led by Bake-Off judge Prue Leith, suggests meals should be served in dining rooms and on china plates

A panel of advisors has recommended ways NHS trusts can improve hygiene and nutrition in hospitals.

The review was launched following a deadly listeria outbreak last year at hospitals including Kingston, linked to pre-packaged sandwiches and salads.

Kingston stopped using food by the Good Food Chain in response.
