An independent panel is assessing whether to fully review the downgrading of St Helier Hospital.

The A&E and maternity services are to be moved to a larger site in Belmont, as part of a £500m investment plan.

Merton Council is arguing that the Belmont site will be moving services from deprived areas to a more affluent one.
