Blood tests at St Helier Hospital in Carshalton are now being performed in a brand new phlebotomy unit

The £500,000 refurbishment allows up to 450 patients a day in a safe and socially distanced environment.

Patients can book through a new process called Swiftqueue that has decreased waiting times and increased efficiency.
