It’s emerged a large proportion of positive Covid cases in Richmond are from people who had their tests conducted outside of London

There have been 421 positive results reported in the borough since September the 20^th.

But the council has found that almost a quarter of those were tested in areas including Manchester and Leeds.

Richmond Council is demanding that the Government urgently reviews the data before any additional measures are put in place,
