Mole Valley Council is being asked out-line the blueprint for its Climate Change Strategy

The authority declared a “climate emergency” in the summer of last year. 

It wants to achieve carbon neutrality within a decade.

Priority is being given to reducing energy consumption, investing in renewables, and enhancing biodiversity.
