From tomorrow Johnnie Wraith and Adam Constable will run the historic Thames Path aiming to raise 30,000 for Down’s Syndrome Association and Cystic Fibrosis trust.
The pair have run fundraising challengers for the last 15 years.
The route stretches 186 miles and will stretch from Kemble in the Cotswolds with the final leg taking them from Putney to the barrier.
