Park Lane Stables says they’ve agreed a price for their old site, and the funds are with their solicitor.
The charity was told to leave the site unless they bought it, which lead to a successful crowdfunding campaign at the end of last year.
However, the landlord then raised the price of the property, and the group had to leave.
Neil Rodford, from the charity, says there’s been “twists and turns” in the legal process but they want to provide a “secure future” for themselves.
