Mangers, The Royal Parks, wants to convert nearly 1,000 square metres of the Diana Car Park back to its original state.
Its current state is considered “rough, unsealed and a
potential health risk.”
The site currently holds 40 cars, and it’s thought the move will not significantly impact traffic levels.
