FRAMED, an exhibition by Wandsworth Council, will see 32 lamp-posts transformed into works of art.
The images that will be
displayed have been selected by artists featured in the digital project,
“Wandsworth Art.”
It launched in 2020 after the
Covid pandemic cancelled all exhibitions and events, including the annual
Wandsworth Artist Open House.
