Earlier this year, the met launched “walk the walk” where women joined officers of foot patrols to share their own experiences.
It comes after the kidnap and murder of Sarah Everard last year.
The Met set out a plan in November to make public places safer, stopping violence on our streets, and bringing criminals to justice.
