47-year-old Ernest Masango was arrested after crashing into a taxi whilst on the Six Crossroads Roundabout.
He’s been disqualified from driving for two years, ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and a rehabilitation programme.
Two other people from Ashford and Staines arrested over surrey police’s Christmas crackdown have also been found guilty.
