Kamil Nowak is taking part in the semi-finals where he will cook Dover Sole and brown shrimp on a spaghetti turban.
Kamil has been Senior Sous Chef at the Michelin starred The Dysart Restaurant Petersham for the past three years.
He says he’s ready for today’s challenge, even the dreaded unknown aspect.
