Hounslow’s Lampton Park is to host a living memorial to the coronavirus outbreak

The first treey in a special copse was planted last week by the borough’s GreenSpace 360 team.

When fully grown the Liquid Amber will be around fifteen metres tall and will be the focal point of an area providing all-year round colour and shade.

The council is hoping the collection of trees and shrubs will provide an area for people to come together, reflect and remember.
