It’s part of a wider programme of 18.9 million pounds investment from the governments Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund.
The
improvement work at the library include solar Panels and energy-efficient
lightbulbs.
The
council has also replaced traditional gas fired boilers.
The
improvements will reduce costs by 23% and reduce the Isleworth Leisure Centre
and Library’s carbon emissions by 50%.
