Both Merton and Croydon have publicly issued Veolia with a Service Improvement Notice.
The four of them form the South London Waste Partnership.
Sutton Councillor Ben Andrew had this to say when questioned.
We’ve contacted both councils for further comment.
Veolia says they’re “disappointed” to receive the notice, and will be responding in line with contractual requirements.
