The Mayor of London says he's 'extremely concerned' by what he calls the government's 'lack of progress' on Grenfell Tower recommendations

Phase one of an inquiry into the fire in 2017 outlined 12 steps, including to change laws around building safety.

Sadiq Khan says none of the recommendations have been completed.

Though the city's Fire Commissioner Andy Roe says they've implemented new 'policies, practices and training.'
