Key workers in Chelsea are getting better access to affordable housing.

Kensington and Chelsea Council has introduced the Key Worker and Intermediate Housing Policy. 

Rental rates will be tied to the lowest London Living Rent and homes will be set aside for those in qualifying professions. 

These include people working in state schools, the NHS and the fire brigade.
