Paul Bussetti, who's 49 and from Croydon, was previously cleared, before that acquittal was quashed by the High Court.
He's been given a 10-week prison sentence, suspended for two years.
The footage went viral online and was described as "vile" by a relative of one of the 72 people who died in the disaster.
