The Metropolitan Police's acting commissioner has admitted cultural problems in the force are not down to "a few bad apples".

Sir Stephen House has been questioned by MPs about the actions of some of those within it - and the damage done.

The murder of Sarah Everard from Clapham by serving officer Wayne Couzens was mentioned, along with offensive messages shared by a team at Charing Cross.

He insists there are plenty of people at Scotland Yard who have the same positive goal.
