A dog owner in Thorpe has been issued with a series of commands after his pet was seen “running loose” and “behaving aggressively”.

The Doberman was supposed to be kept in a secure garden and be on a lead when out in public.

However, the owner didn’t keep to those conditions, and must now give microchip details to the police.

If he breaches the new conditions he could be fined or arrested.
