A woman from Clapham is among those arrested after oil protesters threw tomato soup at priceless work of art

Phoebe Plummer of Elms Road SW4 is facing criminal damage charges along with another woman from Newcastle.

It follows the attack on Van Gogh’s painting, Sunflowers, at the National Gallery yesterday.

Curators there say the painting was undamaged and is now back on view.

A third woman from Suffolk has been charged with criminal damage to the sign outside New Scotland Yard.
