Chelsea Women's manager Emma Hayes will temporarily step away from the role after undergoing an emergency hysterectomy.

She's asked for "time and patience" while she recovers following an ongoing battle with endometriosis.

Coaches Denise Reddy and Paul Green will run the team in Hayes' absence.

They travel to Everton in the WSL on Sunday.
